101 inmates in military prison test positive for Coronavirus in DR Congo

The Democratic Republic of Congo’s health ministry has announced that 101 inmates have tested positive for Coronavirus in the N’dolo military prison in Kinshasa.   “Fifty-six (additional) people in Ndolo military prison were confirmed with COVID-19” on Saturday, while forty-three cases had been diagnosed at the prison on Thursday and Friday,” a statement said.   According to the authorities, only three infected inmates have been admitted to a hospital outside the facility.
