Court orders young lady who drowned her baby to be kept in LASUTH for mental evaluation

An Igbosere Magistrates’ Court in Lagos has given an order that Olufunmilola Adisa, the 22-year-old lady who drowned her baby in Lagos on May 11, be taken to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) for psychiatric evaluation.   LIB had earlier shared the story of how Olufunmilola turned herself in to the police after she drowned her 21 months old child in a bucket of water in the apartment she shared with her older sister in Gowon estate in Lagos.
